Your New Apartment
Is your next apartment furnished, unfurnished? a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom? Is it a studio or loft, duplex, condo or house? Does it have 1 bathroom or 2. Any half baths. Are their multiple floorplans to choose from. What type of air conditioning and heat is available.
Is the apartment carpeted or does it have wood or tile flooring. How about a fireplace. Log or gas fireplace. Are the closets walk it size? In the bath are their oversized jacuzzi tubs? walk in showers, handicapped accessable? Does the kitchen have granite countertops, a microwave, self cleaning oven (gas or electric), disposal, trash compactor.
Are there any ceiling fans? Is cable or satellite tv available; included or hookups. What about washer dryers are they included or just hookups. Is there a laundromat on the property? How about internet service is it included or do I pay extra? These are just a few of the questions you need to ask yourself and the leasing company while looking for your next apartment for rent. Ask questions, get answers, make a good decision on your rental.
